Fayose claims that God has destined him to lead Nigeria by 2019

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State says  God has destined him to lead Nigeria.
Fayose, who spoke in Abuja on Thursday at his declaration to be the presidential candidate of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party in 2019,  also promised to fight corruption if elected.
He said he remained the best candidate of the party having defeated two incumbent governors in his state.
Apart from that,  he also boasted that he is the most experienced governor having served under three Presidents.
“By the grace of God, I am the longest-serving governor in Nigeria today, having served under three Presidents – Obasanjo, Jonathan, and now Buhari,” Fayose declared.
Describing himself as a rock, he said that God has destined him to lead the country.
“My party leaders, standing before you is Peter (The Rock) Ayodele Fayose, the man already destined by God to take Nigeria out of the present political and economic stagnation”, he said.
He said he was not bothered by the zoning formula of his party that its presidential candidate would come from the Northern part of the country.

Sounding confident, he said he is like the Biblical Joseph and that he would become what God has ordained him to be.
