President Donald Trump praises the five former U.S. presidents who attended a hurricane relief concert in a Texas college town tonight, in a video played at the event. Democrats Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter and Republicans George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush came together for the "One America Appeal" concert at Texas A&M University's Reed Arena in College Station to raise money for relief efforts from the recent hurricane devastation in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands . The appeal had already raised $31 million for relief efforts since it began on Sept. 7, Jim McGrath, spokesman for former President George H.W. Bush told The Associated Press.
