Power Uti the Nigerian wrestling champion arrested over wife’s death

The Police in Lagos have reportedly arrested Nigerian wrestling champion, Power Uti, over the controversial death of his wife, Toyin. Toyin was said to have died in their Ilupeju, Lagos home on Monday morning with the wrestling champion discovering her body. However, instead of taking her to the hospital, Power Uti was alleged to have gone to a church in search of spiritual help. Police Public Relations Officer, Famous Cole, reportedly confirmed that Power Uti was arrested over the incident and detained at the Ilupeju Police station, adding that he would be transferred to the Criminal Investigative Department, Panti in Lagos on Thursday. Toyin, 38, until her demise, was a mother of four children who are under the ages of nine. The two were married for 10 years. Her body had been deposited at the Isolo general hospital, while her four children are with the mother.

Carlo Ancelotti was sacked –Bayern munich Club

Bayern Munich have sacked coach Carlo Ancelotti in the wake of their Champions League defeat at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain, the club announced on Thursday. “FC Bayern Munich have parted company with head coach Carlo Ancelotti as a result of internal discussions following the 3-0 defeat in the Champions League group stage match at Paris Saint-Germain,” Bayern said in a statement on their website. Former player Willy Sagnol, the ex-France international who had been serving as an assistant to Ancelotti, has been named interim coach. The 40-year-old has previously coached Bordeaux in his homeland. But Bayern have also parted company with four Italian members of Ancelotti’s backroom staff, including his son Davide. Pressure had already been building on Ancelotti, 58, with Bayern enduring an inconsistent start to the season before losing 3-0 to PSG in the French capital on Wednesday.

                             Puerto Rico braces for a hit by Hurricane Maria Evacuation orders have been issued for parts of Puerto Rico as Hurricane Maria heads toward the island. Maria might make landfall on the eastern side of Puerto Rico and could bring major damage to the U.S. territory late Wednesday morning and into the afternoon, two weeks to the day since Hurricane Irma tore through Puerto Rico, killing at least three.
